Unveiling the Winners and a Glimpse Into Their Ambitions

The highlight of the evening was the announcement of our three grant winners, each receiving a well-deserved $10,000 to breathe life into their groundbreaking ventures. We had the privilege of engaging in an exclusive Q&A with the winning founders, and their ambitions for utilizing the funding from Startup Runway are nothing short of inspiring:

Jessica King, Founder of FlowIntell, who won the Women’s Empowerment Grant, emphasized the significance of the $10,000 grant in propelling their product from the lab to the market. “This financial boost will support our efforts to refine our product, enhance our market presence, and create the necessary connections to drive our biotech startup forward,” she said. “It represents a monetary contribution and a significant opportunity for growth and progress. We’re excited for all the connections that propel FlowIntell to the next level.”

Miya Moore, Founder of Benechek, won the audience’s hearts, securing the coveted Audience Choice Award. Miya shared her intention to expand Benechek’s MVP, strengthen their technology, and engage in targeted outreach to get paying users on their platform. “This capital will give us the runway to do just that,” she said.

Kai Tan, Founder of RevMatch, expressed his enthusiasm for winning the Judge’s Award and how the funding will help his company achieve key objectives. A portion will be allocated to marketing efforts, including raffles for their users. “We will also use the funding to help with our operations costs, as we are bootstrapped right now,” he said.
