READI is a for profit, tech-enabled workforce training platform that reskills youth aged 16-26 who are unemployed or underemployed. Our customers (Govt. Contracts, K-12 , Adult ed. Non profits) lease our headsets, which are pre-loaded with the career and literacy simulations, plus they subscribe to the the live VR- learning sessions; the outcome is an employee that a company wants to recruit and retain.
