With Psyntel, therapists have an intuitive sidekick to help analyze every patient throughout the treatment journey. Our software automates the essential but laborious tasks of patient research and case conceptualization. By unifying intake, AI, and psychoanalysis, Psyntel instantly generates insight reports that contain everything mental health professionals need to fully engage with their patients. Further, Psyntel ingests ongoing clinical and patient updates to produce richer insights over time. Therapists can, therefore, use our unique query interface to brainstorm patient cases with Psyntel—anytime, anywhere—to improve objectivity and clinical outcomes. Ben Tan and Sam Fargo co-founded Psyntel in late 2023. Ben has over a decade of finance experience from Singapore and holds a first-class degree in accounting. He worked at Oaktree Capital, Credit Suisse, and UBS. Ben is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Mercer. Sam is a full-stack developer with a master’s degree in computer science. He has led full-scale data and engineering projects at Fortune 500 companies, including Thomson Reuters and Citigroup. Sam possesses expertise in Python, AI/ML, and statistical modeling.
