Coally is the new way to find work opportunities for latinamerican recent graduates. This is built in three steps. First, we enable new opportunities with flexible hiring (per project, freelance, part/fulltime) and we give visibility to recent grads. Second, We change completely the logic of the selection process, originally based on experience for one based on passion, fit with company and academic expertise. Third, We understood that hiring for recent grads does not end in signing contracts, so we provide instructions with pre-recorded videos, a personalized help-desk and resignation insurance for the company.
