Startup Runway offers showcases and mentoring for early stage founders throughout the year. Each cohort includes:
Exact timelines and locations vary by cohort and will be shared with selected founders.
Startup Runway hosts 5–8 showcases each year, each focused on a specific theme, region, or partner. Founders may be considered for multiple showcases depending on fit and timing.
Each showcase awards 1–3 non-dilutive grants, depending on the number of finalists and the support of partners and sponsors for that event.
Showcases are hosted in innovation hubs across the south. Though based in Atlanta, we’ve also had events in Richmond, Savannah, Columbus, and virtually. Additional cities may be added based on founder demand and the availability of local partners.
Finalists receive pitch preparation, structured feedback, and exposure leading up to the Startup Runway Showcase. Each finalist also participates in one-on-one mentoring ahead of the Showcase, where pitches are evaluated by venture capital judges. Grant recipients are selected and announced live at the conclusion of the Showcase.
Startup Runway grants are fully non-dilutive. We do not take equity.

Yes. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and founders may be considered for future showcases as they grow their business, gain traction, or align with upcoming showcase themes.
